I have so much Weight and now I need to lose weight immediately because nowadays I have pain in my leg. It pains a lot. It's 82 kgs. Need to lose weight. I need a proper diet to lose my weight immediately.

Hello lybrate-user, according to your height you have to reduce at least 5 kgs kgs. Drink plenty of water. Take fresh fruits like papaya, orange, apple, guava, strawaberries, peaches, plums and vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, ghia, tori ,tinda lady finger etc. Include protein in your breakfast like egg/panner. Avoid fried foods, dal, rice and heavy items at night. Take early and light dinner as much as possible. Do some exercise like walking, cardio atleast 30 mins in a day.
