I'm 23 years old and I have gas problem since ages. Never took this so seriously but these days I can't go through it. I get stomach pain sometimes and got belly fat which is making me look dirty. Due to belly fat I'm thinking of not having food even if am hungry. Which makes me fall due to low BP. Once I had stones in kidney, now they're gone (I suppose) Is that affecting?

For your gas problem avoid keeping long gaps in meal, have your meal in 2-2.5 hrs, avoid food like black chana, white chana, cauliflower and cabbage in night. For your belly fat have a glass of luke warm water and then have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds then go for a healthy breakfast like milk + musseli / milk+ wheat flakes (1 medium bowl) / 1 medium bowl of vegetable poha / 2-3 oats idly / 2 besan cheela + mint chutney or boiled egg whites. Then in mid morning you can have a cup of green tea + a bowl of papaya / apple then in lunch have 1-2 multigrain chapati +veg+ salad+ curd then in evening again have a cup of green tea + murmura chaat then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + saute vegetables or a bowl of salad. Do not skip any of your meal.
