I am 20 years old. I have micro penis problem I.e.when it is in normal it will be 3 cms & when it is erected it will be 12-13 cms So what should I do. Am suffering a lot with these problem I masturbated at my childhood I.e.at the age of 9-10 years due to the surroundings which I had lived. So pls suggest me a best solution.
