I had cataract surgery with posterior rapture Advised secondly iol imp in sulcus. How diff it is from original surgery. Any chance of lenses dislocating or slipping back to retina.

Hello Posterior capsule may rupture ..it is common complication Usually we cut the vireous by vitrectomy and implant the lens in sulcus which works same as normal Surgery and patient does not feel any difference Usually we implant multiplier lens or PMMA lens in sulcus...with this lens it usually does not dislocate
