I am 37 years, my vit d was 8 in previous report now it is 32, iron was 149 now it is 165 in my this reports what do you suggest me.

Hi, Your reports are quite normal. Stop taking vit. D and iron. Expose the body to sunlight for 10-15 mins either in the morning or in the evening which helps to maintain the vit. D levels. For maintaining the iron levels, follow these tips - Consume plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, broccoli, beetroot, drumsticks, brinjal, carrot, tomatoes, etc. - Consume fruits like apple, pomegranate, dry fruits like dry grapes, dates, fig, almonds, walnuts, pista, etc. As it contains lot of proteins and vitamins. - Intake of citrus fruits like oranges, musambi helps to increase the absorption of iron as it contains vit.
