Dear Lybrateuser, - For overall good health including sexual health you have to have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well & keep your stress levels low - have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat chapati/ bread, brown rice, oats, corn, low fat milk & milk products, legumes, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, seeds such as peanuts, ground nuts, sesame, chia - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, also alcohol & smoke if you do - do regular exercise including jogging, swimming, play a game, also Level exercise for strengthening of pelvic floor muscles (the muscles involved are the ones which are used if we stop urination in between, these are the pelvic floor muscles which help in controlling erection & ejaculation, do 2-3 times for 4-5 min every day, also include yoga & deep breathing in your morning schedule for 5-10 min to relax your mind & body & reduce stress - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night - try to keep a positive mental state & good relationship to have good sexual health.
