It's good to put bottle gourd� in boil vegetables. For weight loss. I eat boil vegetables in lunch sometime in breakfast too. It contains Carrots, bottle gourd, French beans, green peas, soybean chunks & sweet corns.

Hello lybrate-user, yes boiled vegetables are good for weight loss and there is no harm from bottle gourd. But don't eat in breakfast and lunch. You should eat boiled vegetables in dinner for good results. Eat healthy breakfast with five food groups like milk, cereals like oats/ poha, wheat flakes, eggs, sprouts (all should be prepared only in olive oil)
