Weight gain is a time taking process so you have to be little patient and practice it properly. Include good amount of protein like cheese, tofu, soya bean in your diet, take shakes like mango shake, banana shake, strawberry shake, include all fruits and juices, vegetables and pulses. Do not skip any of your meal, drink atleast 7-8 glass of water in a day. Have frequent meals.
