Dear Docs I am suffering from anxiety & I am feeling pain in left arm & around heart from past 3 months, sometimes I feel relax bt it again got triggered. I have noticed it's which triggering my anxiousness and then I feel sensation around heart & pain in left shoulder. M I suffering from hyperventilation is well? I had bhaang (cannabis) on this hole till today I am feeling anxiety & panicking after taking tea most of the times though, it is to its lower level nw bt still not remitted .kindly help me out from these often panic attacks.
