I have regular 28-30 days menstrual cycle. But this month flow become light. Approx. Flow of my menses is 4-5 days. But this tym only 3-4 days. I am in stress also. Is this is a reason. For light menses. Can I conceive with light menses?

Dear lybrate-user, If you are getting periods with a gap of 20 to 40 days which is considered as normal and bleeding for min. Of 3 days and max. Of 7 days also considered as normal flow. The amount of bleeding and the amount of passing of clots mainly depends upon maturation of endometrium. Due to stress, due to life style changes there will be chance of hormonal imbalance. Due to this, the amount of flow will high or less and the duration will be more or less. Conception mainly depends on ovulation. If you have good ovulatory cycles then chances are good for conception. Regards,
