I'm 36 years old. I'm overweight. I do walk regularly. But I met with an accident on February and my had an injury. Then I started walking from June onward but i'm not able to walk for more than 20 minutes. Should I continue to walk or go to the gym? Which one is better?

Hi. Thanks for the query. Remember never start any exercise routine too fast or too intense. Start with what is comfortable to you. See what suits you and what makes you feel good. If you join gym remember not to expect to start pushing some iron on the first day itself. Go slow. Train your body ...start with stretching... make your body strong enough and flexible enough to train. For beginners its advisable to start with walk. No jogging. Just simple brisk walk. If you feel uncomfortable give yourself a little rest and start again. Increase your time depending on your comfort and stamina gradually.
