Can anyone suggest a daily diet routine (veg-non veg both) which I can follow in order to gain weight. I am very skinny weighting around 52 kgs and height around 160-165 cms. Currently I have 3 chappites with vegetable 3 times a day, with salads sometimes. Non veg once in a month, eggs sometimes, usually I skip breakfast as I wake up a bit late. Any scope of improvement in my diet?(a diet plan).

Hello lybrate-user, please do not skip your breakfast, your early morning meal shud be healthy and heavy, that will provide you energy for whole day.in your daily routine include carbohydrates like oats / wheat flakes/ wheat flour in your diet. Add protein like dal, legumes,egg, non veg etc in your daily life. Plus green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products in your diet.

You should never skip your meal not even any o the meal and instead of taking 3 big meals, you should take small and frequent meal. Include protein rich sources in your diet. Include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.
