Dear Lybrate user keep 25 min in morning for Bhraamri n udgeeth Pranayam along with anulom vilom. 45 min for morning brisk walk. By these activities your blood circulation will get better n brain will get proper oxygen ,so that you will be able to concentrate better. Take saraswatarisht (4tbsp+4tbsp warm water-after meals )BD. Do all these things for a month religiously n get the results.
