Hi lybrate-user Dental implants are usually healed and ready to be restored with the artificial crown in 2 to 3 months. Immediate implants are very much possible, although the final decision to place the implant is usually made after the extraction has been completed, and we may not go ahead with the implant placement if the site doesn't seem appropriate for the same.
