My son is about 13 years old, He is suffering from stomach pain. When I asked him what happen to you. He said father I am not feeling well I have fever, headache& stomach pain. I cannot eat anything. My tongue taste is different & I use to vomit whatever I eat. We took him to the doctor after examining he told he has a fever And he gave injection & medicine ti my son. Now everything cured but except stomach pain. Again I asked my son what's happening to you. He said past 3 days I am not able to go to motion. I feel tiredness. So doctor is there any solution for this?

Just give him lots of fluids and high fibre diet. Fruits and vegetables soups can be given as they contain fibre. He should feel better soon.
