I am suffering from cold since from last 4 day, I taken tablet congestyle daily twice basis based doctor recommendation and I'm drinking lemon juice twice in a day also to keep body dehydrated condition because I'm doing Ramzan fasting and my cold is not cured, I felt little pain in forehead that's between the eye brows just above the nose tell me what's problem I am facing whether this is due lemon juice effect or some other issues sir While left side yellowish liquid coming and right white liquid, I am suspecting it sinus infection tell me sir what was exact problem and tell me remedies for that.
