Im 26 year old lady who works in night shifts from 6 pm to 5 am. I sit this long in the terrible cold air conditioned room and my skin is getting darker day by day. What should I do to remove it and to take care of my skin in future?

Don't afraid due to colour effects because it would be happen due to �xtreme cold condition by which blood vessels shrinking results in dark colour just like cold weather. This goes normal when you adopt normal day life. Take plenty of water and DO aerobic exercise regularly. Includes green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
