Hello Mr. lybrate-user, due to side effects of diabetic medicine, piles problem started you should meet your doctor n told him your problem n asked him to change your medicine or change diet plan like fibre vegetable ,salad. N take 10 to 12 glass of water daily do abdominal muscle exercise n start walking n there Is good results for piles in homoeopathy. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details and understand your concern. Both the medications mentioned usually do not cause the side effect mentioned. Hemorrhoids can be due to many other reasons too. If you are not comfortable with those two drugs, then one can use some other suitable medication. For that I need to know following details: Fasting & PP glucose level, HbA1c%, dosage of current drugs, dietary pattern and extent of exercise being done daily. After looking at those details only I will be able to guide. Thanks.
