Dear lybrate user. I can understand. There is a surgical procedure which changes the sexual orientation to the opposite sex. But there is no concrete evidence available with which you can conclude the surgery is successful. Physically changing your sex is a complex process, and not everyone follows the same path. Some people choose hormone therapy alone. Others go further, getting major surgeries to make the transition. But the success chances are pretty low. Take care.
