Start your day with luke warm lemon water, then have a cup of green tea with 2 high fibre biscuits. Then go for a healthy breakfast like oats idly, oats, moong daal cheela, oats upma, milk + musseli, in mid- morning you can take a small glass of butter milk then in lunch have 2 chapati +veg+curd+salad after half an hour have a cup of green tea then in evening have fruit chaat and have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of soup + salad. Take high fiber low fat diet. Take green tea ,lime water in the morning. Take oats porridge, besan cheela or omelets in the breakfast.
