I am having this itchy/ticklish sensation in my throat that makes me cough non-stop sometimes also lead to urge to vomit due to ticklish feeling and also feels like a lump is stuck in my throat and further cough is intense with white phlegm.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do warm salt water gargles three times a day - avoid all cold fluids or refrigerated foods, have more of warm water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also exposure to dust, smoke, allergens - have a teaspoon of honey mixed in a glass of warm water daily in the morning - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration.
