My right foot usually pains when I wake up in the morning & step first. Specially the toe and arch portion. After that the whole day while walking. It pains. Bare foot is little better. My weight is too normal.

It could be that the fascia of your foot that is muscle covering the sole must have been inflamed and become tight. It is called plantar fascitis. You should do contrast treatment of keeping your legs in hot and cold water alternately. Start and end with hot water. Start using footwear like chappals full time (at home) and proper shoes outdoors. Before putting initial steps you should try and move your ankle up and down, rotate, move your fingers and then step down. Kindly follow these.
