I am 57 years of age. Since some times, I noticed that one of my testicle becoming bigger while 2nd one is reducing. There is absolutely no pain or any other discomfort so far. I am having no diabetes / BP etc. I consulted Allopathic doctor who diagnosed it as Hydrocele. Pl advise suitable medicines.

There is no medicinal treatment for the condition. It has to be treated surgically.
