Hi dear lybrate-user your Wt is above normal range so when you start running after long time, your feet can't tolerate your Wt .n start paining please don't run loss your Wt by walking app 5 to 7 km daily no need to walk continuesly n take. Proper diet like don't take highly rich food etc.
