From the last three days, I am having a mild stomach pain and motions after having meal or a breakfast or a dinner
it is very difficult to goto toilet after having every meal of food
I want to know why it is happening, nd solution to stop this problem
kindly help me with some medical advice.

Take bilwadi churan 1 spoon before meal 2 time a day Avoid oily and fast food
Take moong dal khichri with curd.
