Others like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard and peanuts should be eaten occasionally. Always consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits. Use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Totally avoid maida and irems made of maida like bakery foods. Since you are thinking of pregnancy, it is essential to maintain TSH around 2 mU/L. Even through out the pregnancy too TSH should be maintained in that level. Thanks.
