If you want to gain weight you have to be little patient and practice it properly.In morning breakfast have paneer stuffed parantha + curd or banana shake + 2-3 boiled egg + toast then after 2 hrs in mid morning have a glass of butter milk + kala chana chaat then i9n lunch time have 2-3 chapati + veg +dal+ salad in evening have mango shake / strawberry shake and 1 bowl murmura chaat or sprouted moong dal salad then in dinner have 2-3 chapati + veg + salad.
