Hello doctor. I am doing gym frm last 3 months all my body is showing good growth but my waist is not increasing. and I have tried lots of excercises for it but nothing happens to it. Is there any medical issue regarding this please suggest me some something so that I can from the size of my waste. Acc to my whole body my waist is very thin.

Hi lybrate-user, It's good that you are regular to your workouts, please do focus on your good protein intake that will help to build your muscles and will help to increase the waistline also. Do consume dry-fruits like soaked almonds, walnuts these will provide good fat to your body. You may add one to two tea spoon of pure ghee per day over your roti and dal.
