Dear Lybrate user, Gum bleeding suggests gum disease due to presence of deposits over the teeth. Please ask your friend to visit a dentist and get cleaning (scaling) done. This along with regular tooth brushing will improve the condition.

Hi Lybrate user Bleeding from gums may be due many reasons either systemic or local reasons. One common reason is gum disease (gingivitis/ periodontitis). Scaling and polishing with proper brushing technique would help to cure the condition. Use of mouthwash also aids in preventing it.

Bleeding gums mean unhealthy /diseased gums. U need to go to a dentist and get scaling (cleaning) done. The dentist will analyze your condition of your gums and let you know water further treatment (curretage, root planning, or surgery) is required or not.

Start vitamin C tablets and if possiblr take multivitamin. Use homoeopathic toothpaste heklalava by wheezal pharmacy. For permanent relief internal medicine is mandatory but needs more details. Better consult.
