I have diabetes since 5 years I have been trying to put on weight any how but I failed to do so I have trying many like good food and regular exercise but nothing happened can you help me.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Based on your height present weight fine. Your current BMI is 22,67 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs). So according standards there is no need for adding any further weight. Secondly if diabetes is under good control then only weight increase is possible. So please see that your blood glucose is under strict control. Thanks.

U do daily morning walk at list one hour and after dinner u do walk one hour.you take light food for quick digetion. every night u take oats without sugar. Avoid totally fast food and junk food and oilly food. do daily meditation 45 mints.
