When I am going to sleep without my girlfriend, then I am feeling loneliness because my mind says to kiss my girlfriend but at reality I am sleeping without my girlfriend. When I am going to sleep without my girlfriend, I can't able to sleep. I had tried to sleep with a teddy bear imagining it's my girlfriend, and I am doing sex at 4: 00 a.m. With my teddy bear imagining its my girlfriend but it affects my studies because my peak concentration time is 4: 00 a.m. And instead of studying at 4: 00 a.m. ,I am doing sex with my teddy bear imagining it's my girlfriend. So this way it's affect my studies .so what other strategies can I do to sleep without my girlfriend and stay from loneliness?
