I am 17 year old .I have red patches like rashes on my buttocks some time it feels like pimple .redness covers my all area of buttocks .I am facing this problem from last 2 years .before one year it go and comes but form last one year it is increasing and never goes. It it comes in touch with water some times It became so painful. please help me with this. I have tried so many medicine.

Please apply clindamycin gel after bath, apply antifungl antibacterial stirod cream at night. Avoid totally oily foods. Take a lots of water. Regular exercise take high fibre diet. Take green vegetables citrus fruits.
