To remove pesticides from the vegetables and fruit you need to wash them properly or you can soak them for 15-20 mins in water then wash it. Boil vegetables before cooking. Good source of fibre are: apple, oranges, banana, raspberries, guava, dark coloured vegetables (leafy vegetables) Team Nutrihealth.

To remove pesticides wash the fruits and vegetables properly .Boil the vegetables before cooking. Good source of fiber are all green leafy vegetables, sprouts, apple ,guava, pear, orange etc.
