I am 20 years old. My currant weight is 80 kgs. I want to loose 30 kgs of my weight. Is it possible to loose 30 kgs? If so, how many months will it take to loose 30 kgs if I join gym? And how many months will it take if I join aerobics? Which is the fastest remedy, gym or aerobics? What would you suggest to join in?

Hi, Thanks for the query. Weight loss cannot be timed. everyone takes different times to reduce fats. One person may take 6 months to reduce 30kgs, another 1 year. Don't limit or time bind fat loss. As for workout choose what you are comfortable with. Fat loss needs both cardio and strength training. You can alternate cardio and weight training days.
