Change your lifestyle and follow the healthy habits throughout. Eat high fibre diet (all vegetables fruits have fibre content ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses of water. Have a glass of warm water in the morning and go for a brisk walk for 20 mins. Exercise is also a good option to stimulate the gastric system to rectify itself naturally.
