Hi sir/mam. I'm a friend of someone. That guy have a symptoms of HIV. He was not sure whether, he is suffering from HIV or not. He is not ready for HIV test. Because he is very emotional fellow. He thought like the symptoms are matching so I have hiv. Is this correct? The person have the symptoms like fever, tiredness,body pains, skin rashes, n the major problem is rashes on penis and bleeding. Is this symptoms are resultant to HIV? Can you please tell me the solution.

The only soution is taking the hiv test. It cannot be done without the consent of the patient. Not taking the test will not cure hiv. So better make him understand. And if necessary consult ith a counselar.
