Hi Prateek, According to your height and age you should weigh minimum 62 kg, which is not very far from your current weight, you may gain 1-2 kg minimum per month. Start your day with 1-2 glasses of normal water, religiously do one hour workout minimum 5 days aweek, include strength training in workouts. Regarding diet focus on nutritious food include dairy products, good protein like Eggs (if comfortable), Dals (Malka, Arhar) add soybean and seasonal fruits and vegetables. No junk and fried food. Have soaked almonds walnuts cashew-nuts. Consume 10-12 glasses of water. Do have a glass of any fruit-shake (banana shake, mango-shake, cheeku-shake etc.) per day.
