I am very week. But I take very much eat. But my weight not go high level please give advise.

Go for a proper diet like include shakes in your diet (banana, mango, strawberry, do not skip your meal, try to eat frequently, include egg, paneer, soya bean, fruits, butter milk in your diet. Have 5-6 soaked almonds walnuts, drink plenty of water.
