Dear Sir, The chalky white spots present on your teeth could be due to fluorosis i.e. Due to the high fluoride content in the water. Do not worry, it is not tooth decay and do not harm your tooth in any way. If you wish to get them removed, then please consult a dentist for appropriate treatment option (micro-abrasion, bleaching, veneers) according to the severity of the condition.
