From last few days I am feeling confused most of the times also I experience stiffness in my neck with pain in the lower back left portion of my head it happens very rarely though, nervousness and a strange fear also runs through out the day, it seems that I will faint, but I have never fainted till now, kindly suggest. I am also diabetic but sugar levels generally are in control.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

As you tell your feeling nd other problems in my opinion you r under grip of depression. As you r diabetic so its very normal as diabetic is life long disease nd pt want free from it bt he always failed. So take your sugar medicine regularly nd checkup your body after every six month if possible. Take multivitamin nd sugar free energy drinks. Walk regularly nd live near nature or put a dog or cat in your home. That will engaged you nd you will feel better. Ask again at my wall .so I can advise you more better. Stay healthy nd b happy.

Dear Lybrate user, I don't know your age, I think you're‚Äč over 30 or 40 according to your symptoms, here is chance of cervical spondylosis which gives you neck stiffness & pain. So you should be done a cervical spine x -ray may confirm it, and use hard bed. Thin pillow, avoid heavy work, and neck exercises can help to reduce your stiffness and pain. Nervousness and unwanted fear are psychological problems. So yoga, meditation can help to you. However consult with a physician to overcome of your problems.

During stress mostly , brain and nerves get affected ,,,,keep the level og good nutrition , water and breathing exercise in control and all will be ok when reach root cause of stress and way to solve /fight it
