One of my friend drinks beers daily his face was not get changed, but when I had beers last night morning my face looks black and dull I don't understand these I choose to quite for some days I tried but nothing changed so please help me doctor and also suggest diet plan as my height is 5.11 and weight 85 and how to control Belly fat.

Yes drinking and smoking will have a bad affect on your health it could be dull skin, cough, dark complexion and many more. 1st try to quit your smoking and drinking and then go for a proper and well balanced diet. Start your day with luke warm lemon water for detoxification then go for a healthy breakfast like milk + musseli/ wheat flakes or oats then after 2 hrs have 1 bowl of papaya then in lunch have 1 oat bran chapati + vegetable + curd+salad then after half an hour have green tea in evening have murmura chaat or 5-6 soaked almonds + walnut then in dinner have 1-2 bowl of soup + vegetable. Drink atleast 7-8 glass of water and sleep for 7-8 hrs.
