I have 3 problems, My mouth smells bad even though I brush regularly and for a good amount of time My body odour/sweat smells very bad, free I take shower then after 10 to 15 mins my body smells very bad like sweating smell, My urine also smells bad, not every time but specially in afternoon and evening, it embarrres me in my office, I am taking few medicine prescribe by a doctor for another reason, Please prescribe me medicine and if you can give reasons too I'll appreciate that.

First reduce your wt. Take proper food and regulate your food timings. And take medicine for this problem. All this problems r due to digestion problems so first correct it. If problem is as it is after doing correction your lifestyle then neccesity of consultation.

Make sure you clean your tongue while brushing teeth, remove all the mucous, consume water frequently at least once in 2 hours ,include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, brush twice a day, avoid junk foods, rinse with water every time after eating food, rinse with warm salt water 3-4 times a day, you will see the change :) regarding other complaints kindly consult a dermatologist.
