Hi, I had abortion on March 12th 2017. Done autopsy of fetus showed as single umbilical artery. And also I had rubella. After abortion I didn't taken vaccination for rubella but conceived immediately after one month of abortion ie April 24th. Tested for rubella igg is 3 negative and igm equivocal. Shall I continue my pregnancy. I do not want to take risk aft delivery. I have already 3 year old son. Please advice me. Is baby will be out of birth defects. If so now which all scanning or test can be done.

Get another test for rubella virus, antigen specific if negative, and baby doesn't show defects on ultrasound, continue with pregnancy.
