For vitamin D rich diet you need to include cord liver oil, fish (tuna, sardines) leafy vegetables, cheese, whole egg, dairy products like soya milk, cereals. Give her a well balanced diet. Do not let her skip any of the meal. Ask her to drink 6-8 glass of water. Include all seasonal fruits in her diet. Atleast 1 fruit in a day.
