You have night fall problem. I advise you to take vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take light dinner always and don't take milk and milk products at night. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Don't take cigarette or alcohol or tambaku. Do meditation for mental strength daily. nightfall is not a problem. That is physiological process. If u don't have night fall, that can be problem.
