I used to have a pain in the right back side of my head. When the pain comes its quite uncomfortable and it hurts when I move my head, and it feels like a magnet is trying to pull out something from that area. It used to last for some time and goes aways again. It reoccurs again after some weeks or sometimes even after a month. I can recall it also happens when I have my periods and when I gave my univ exams and even on other days. Will it be serious? What will be the reason?

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
