I am working in bpo night shift due to which my faces enlarges i.e. Muscles in the faces. How it can be reduced and its any medicines or deficiency. Kindly help me to become normal.

Hello , what is the diet you intake during night shift, you might take a heavy junk food. Stop eating after 11pm. If required maintain on tea, milk or coffee. Drink more water during your shift.
