I worked for more than 5 years in currency processing which was having a closed premises with lot of dust emanating from note sorting and no ventilation except the main door. Now I have moved out of the same but have a feeling of tight/heavy chest while breathing from last 3 weeks or so. Please suggest what diagnosis should I go for to check if I am infected with prolonged breathing of dust. Regards Yakoob.

Hello Take Sitopaladi powder 500 mg mixed with honey 4/5 times/day. These are all allergy symptoms. It shows your immunity is low. To improve immunity use ayurveda medicines. Also uptil that follow these so you will feel better. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Take Sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance & medicines needed.

Dear user since you Hv worked in compact room there r chances that you got Allergic, your immune system has gone down n probably you may b hving asthma or bronchitis. It would b better if you Tk out the X-ray chest, n Thn consult me, meanwhile you Hv to avoid all cold items, spicy junk food etc you could take lukewarm water for drinking n steam once or twice would be great help. Thnk you.
