How to increase weight 6 ft weight 55 in morning I take 15 almonds with two banana's and also take 2 boil egg. In week 4 days I take cheese and juice. I avoid junk food and soft drinks. Also do running and exercise.

Hi You are doing good job wait for few days you'll get good results. Prefer to eat protein and carbohydrates rich foods. You should do Yoga specially kapalbhati which regulate your metabolism and appetite which helps to improve your weight. Good luck.
