Hello taking medication is not the solution to your problem. This means that the denture is not comfortable. You should visit your dentist and get it smoothened so that when the patient bites there is not much pressure. Also patient must be having ulcers I'm mouth due to which it pains .unless the ulcers are cured you cannot apply Denture. So for ulcers apply DOLOGEL-CT gel .apply this on the affected area 3,4 times a day. Don't rinse after that. Let it stay there for sometime .you can spit. When the ulcers are cured then get your denture smoothened and then put it. Regards.

If it is because of dentures... then you may have to adjust that... as until the cause is not removed the effect will persist... Antibioics are for infection and have no role in healing if it is Non infectious...you may try taking multivitamin and multimineral tablet for fast healing.. And also Arnica homoepathic medicine.
